Today, we need to engage everyone in dealing with the opportunities and problems facing us. We need new ideas, and we need new ways of thinking and doing things. How will you tackle this challenge?

In my over 30 years of management and consulting experience, if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that one of us is not as smart as all of us.

One individual can do amazing things. A group of individuals working together towards the same goal can achieve unimaginable feats. To prepare for the future, we must involve individuals in collective and collaborative action.

If you believe your people, your teams and your organization can do more collectively through focused individual activity, I can help you make it happen.

What's with All the Bees?

Bees work together to make group decisions. Their collective and collaborative actions produce astounding results.

Individually, one worker bee produces 1/12th of a teaspoon of honey during their four- to eight-week life span. Collectively, they produce over 1.2 billion pounds of honey a year, plus 20 million pounds of beeswax. They pollinate over 40 per cent of the world’s plants.
